Blank Sent Journal
Our fax machine receives and prints incoming faxes but it won't print out a conformation page or sent journal, it's just blank.

For an automatic confirmation, you must set that menu button to ON. You can also print these manually--see "Reports you can print" at https://www.manualslib.com/manual/418416/Hp-640-Fax-Series.html?page=45.
