My Hp Series 5510 Want Print Its Says Its Not Compatable?

its saying need to contact adminastrater its a compact laptop brand new windows 7. it shows the printer in the add a printer but want conect b ecause of compatabilty. even got the disk but it want do anything? help?

It displays this incompatible error because the driver installed into your computer is not compatible with the type of the Operating System you are using. Please reinstall the driver software for HP 5510. Remember that there are 2 versions of Windows 7, these are Windows 7 32-bit and Windows 7 64-bit. You can identify the version of your computer by following these steps.

1. Click Start

2. Right click My Computer/Computer

3. Click Properties

4. Locate the System Type
