Htc One Pink Tint Camera

Bought my htc one m7 2013 and it has well documented pi.k tint issue with camera,will htc uk fix or replace without warranty and any suggestions please ?

The only thing you can really do is call HTC and see if they can do anything for you. I highly doubt they will replace it if it's not under warranty though.
