Www.epson.com/support/wf2650can't Get Printer To Operate--how To Register It?

want to operate it plugged into my computer, not wireless. Usb plug in place, paper loaded. Won't print.

Firstly does your PC identify any USB device when it is plugged in? If not then you need to update the drivers for the USB ports. However if they are working correctly you will need to download the 'Drivers and Utilities Combo Package ' and follow the instructions. Hopefully your problem will be reolved. Check also that the printer has the correct USB cable.
