Cd Tray Problems
When trying to print a DVD label, having loaded the tray and pressed 'print', tray goes in and out a couple of times and the printhead goes across a couple of times, then tray comes out without any printing and error message 'CD/DVD tray not set correctly' appears. Nothing works!

Have you tried the suggestions in the user guide? It has a number of things to check on page 71. Get a copy here: http://www.helpowl.com/manuals/Epson/1400/5309 or here: http://files.support.epson.com/pdf/pho140/pho140ug.pdf. Too many steps to reproduce here. I recommend checking the user guide.

Have you considered that you may be trying to use the wrong media? Make sure your drivers are up to date.
