Good Afternoon Anonymous-112936 – Generally, error code E20 means that there is a communication failure between the EOC (electronic oven control) and ESEC (electronic surface element control) system. Try reprogramming the unit by flipping the household circuit breaker off or by unplugging it. It is important to wait approximately ten minutes and turn the wall oven back on. If issue persists, then more than likely the EOC will need replacing. At this point, I strongly recommend connecting with a professional to move forward accurately and to assist with the repairs.
