Dynex

My Dynex of three years keeps popping on and off its now saying on the screen the input is blocked what does that mean and how can I unblock it my other TV is running off the same cable provider an is working fine pease help

Try power cycling the TV: turn it off and unplug it. Leave the TV unplugged for a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on. Restore settings back to factory defaults.

Still experiencing issues: I would recommend seeking service repairs, however, it may be cheaper to purchase a new TV.
