Wireless Problems
When i first got my printer, I set it up wirelessly and I didnt have any problems setting it up or connecting it. But whenever I turn it on to print, everything that is connected to the internet, disconnects except for the printer. Ive tried uninstalling and re-installing the printer on my computer and connecting it to the USB cable instead, but it still conects to the wireless. Is there a way I can disconect the wireless part on my printer and only use the USB cable instead? I need help.

Hello mcarlson242,
I am from Dell Social Media and Community.
Unfortunately, there is no option to disable the wireless card of the printer.
However, there are couple of ways to remove a device(Printer in your case) from your wireless network.
1. You can log-in to your router settings and verify the mac address of your printer and block it.
2. By changing the Network key or password used to connect to your wireless network
Note: Please follow the users manual of your router to follow the steps mentioned above.
If this has not helped you or if you need any further assistance, feel free to message me on Twitter. I will be happy to assist.
