Printer Queue Will Not Clear On Dell P713w

First of all I have had nothing but trouble from this machine BUT when it is actually printing (low quality) items sometimes it wil just get stuck on a certain job. It won't print the job, but it won't show an error either. The progress bar just stays at like 10% green for hours. When I open the print manager & cancel the job it will ask me if I'm sure I want to delete the job and I will say yes and then...the job is still there! Nothing in the status of the job changes regardless of whether I tell it to restart, pause or cancel. When I tell it to cancel all jobs in queue...nothing changes. Restart computer. No change. Restart printer. No change. Nothing else can print in the meantime...and then finally after like 4 days it will either randomly print the job out of the clear blue or I will notice the job no longer displaying...but it all seems to be very random. Anybody know?
