Problems With Dell

I tried to clean my computer which is dell optiplex gx260 and when I tried to turn it on ...I couldn't ...in starting button it appears the yellow light ...which used to be green ....so can you tell me what can I do to fix it

You may have not inserted a cable, memory or video card correctly.
