Dell 990 Diagnostic Lights 1,2, And 3 Light On Pc Will Not Boot

Hi stwrSCDM,
It seems to be an issue with the coin cell battery. You may try to reseat the coin cell battery and check if that helps. Click on the link given below and refer to page number 37 to get the instructions for removing/installing the coin cell battery:
