Hi,

You can follow the below steps to copy a cd on your computer:

Click start=> Click on Computer=> Right click on CD/DVD Drive and Click Eject.

Please insert the CD/DVD in the tray and push the tray in

It will automatically give a pop up to play the music file or open the folder.

Either you can click auto play or you can follow the steps below:

Click start=> Click on Computer=> Right click on CD/DVD Drive => choose auto play or Open. You can choose the document or music which you like to play.

If in case you are not able to copy a disk, please let me know the exact error you are getting.

Also if you are trying to copy a .CDA format, then it will not copy to the computer because you need to convert this to MP3.

Please elaborate on the issue, so that I can help you further.

Please reply for any further assistance

Thanks & Regards
Rathish C
