My Dell Mini 1012,when I Try To Turn It On,the Power Light On And Off After Abou

Unplug the battery and the adapter. Press and hold power button for 10 seconds. Plugin the adapter only. Press and hold Fn button and turn on the system.
If the system still does not turn on and start diagnostics, get it service repaired from Delll. Most probably it is a system board failure.
Try a different adapter before calling dell.
