I Am Running Windows 7 On My Inspiron Insp1440.(64 Bit Os)

My laptop and internet browsers are so slow and often return with non-responsive page. I have run malware checks and there are no malwares in my system. I have also removed all unnecessary programs from my system. There are also no large files on my desktop. Any suggestions/solution will be greatly appreciated.
