I Am Purchase Dell Aero Cell Phone, Automatic Balance Deduct Rs. 5/- And Instal

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.
I would suggest you to contact your service provider and Deactivate any subscriptions you have for your phone.
There are several services offered by Service Providers which could cause the balance deduction.
