The white horizontal lines that appear on the printed output of your Dell A960 printer indicate that there is a problem on the ink cartridges. This issue can be fixed by cleaning the ink cartridges or replacing with a brand new one. You can buy compatible ink cartridges for this printer from the sites provided below.
