How Do I Stop My Dell A960 Printer From Printing Horizontal Lines

My Dell A960 has suddenly begun printing horizontal lines over what ever I print. The lines are spaced like a sheet of notebook paper. How can I fix this. I hate to have to buy a new printer.

Hello joancharris,

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

You will need to Clean the nozzles to eliminate the lines.

Follow the link below to find the users manual and go to page 67 to know how to clean the Cartridge nozzles.
