Manual Feed Problems With Card Stock
I am using a Dell 2145 multifunction and trying to print note cards via the manual feed, and it keeps jamming every time. I am only feeding one sheet at a time and have set the printer to manual feed and MFP tray. Any suggestions? I was under the assumption that the printer could handle thicker paper such as this.

Please double check it really can handle that media. If you're sure it's compatible then my guess is there is other media jammed further inside, there is adhesive media stuck somewhere (both of these you can check, at least as far into the machine as you can without taking it apart).
The other possibilities are bad sensor which can cause a pickup roller or other mechanism to engage too early or too late. A bushing could be missing on the side of the shaft of a roller, causing the paper to feed crooked and run into issues. Lastly some roller pads could be worn.
There isn't much symptoms to give me clues, so the potential causes are very broad. I suggest asking Dell Tech Support if there is any maintenance mode functions like a sensor test that could help you narrow down which part of the paper feed path is having the issue.
