2135cn Won't Print In Colour
My 2135cn will print beautifully in black and white, but I can't get it to print in colour, despite making sure that the print page has the colour box checked. I have had the printer for 3 years and ha ve never been able to get it to rint in colour. Can someone help please?

I'm a part of Dell Social Media Team. Have you checked the settings on the printer before printing? You can specify the color mode to Color or Black. Thank you so much for answering - I actually found the solution to the problem by perseverence. The problem was that the configuration of the port kept changing for no reason and I had to go in and change it back to the correct number before I printed in colour each time. After doing this about six times it eventually stopped misbehaving and I have had no problem since. I appreciate your time to try and help me.
