Privia Px-100 Pedal Stopped Working

Hello! I've had a Casio Privia PX-100 for about 16 years and the pedal recently stopped working. I ordered a new one and it works fine on other Casio pianos but not on mine, so it seems like the issue is with the piano and not the pedal. Is there a way to reset this model and see if that helps? Thank you

Why is my sustain pedal not working?

It has reversed polarity because you didn't unplug your adapter. Just to make sure unplug your pedal, unplug your piano adapter and plug in the pedal and plug in your adapter for the piano and turn on your piano and it should work correctly."
