Why Does It Say 'cant Communicate With Battery Pack'?

When ever i turn on the camera it says "Cannot communicate with the battery pack. Continue using this battery pack? Yes\No". It might be because i got a replacement battery pack. but i dont know what wrong PLEASE HELP!!!
