Pixma Mx420 Will Not Turn On.

My Canon Pixma MX420 will not turn on. It printed one document, then later wouldn't print due to being off. Power cord plugged in (tried different outlets) and ran troubleshooter without success. Any other suggestions?

I believe that there is really a problem with the power cord of your Canon PIXMA MX420. The one solution that you have not tried yet is using a new and working power cable for your printer. You can purchase a power cable at Amazon.com. Here's the product link:
