I Have A Cannon Mx420 And We Have Replaced Ink But Says Out Of Ink
have replaced ink cartridge and it still says out of ink.

The reason is showing up as out of ink because you might replaced the ink cartridge using a non-original one. Remember that this printer has a self detecting features for original and non-original ink cartridges. The best solution for this is to replace the ink cartridge using the original ink cartridge. You can buy an original ink cartridge here:
