Printing From A Copy

When trying to print from a copy I get a sheet of paper printed out with a black copy and one two inch thick line down the paper. I've adjusting the intensity setting to no avail. Any suggestions

Changing the Machine Settings on the LCD

Make sure that the machine is turned on.

Select Setup on the HOME screen.
