Pixma 6120 Lid Will Not Close, Help Please

It sounds like your print head may have dislodged and not be in the correct position, remove the ink cartridges and raise the gray locking handle completely, then lift out the print head and remove it completely ( its the tray inside the slider tray that has the nozzles for the ink tanks ) then reinstall, there should be a slight click when its in the correct postion, reinstall your ink tanks
