Where Is The Feed Dog Lever?

My XL-2600i suddenly stopped feeding fabric. I did everything that brother customer service told me to do but didn't work. Then I searched online and people said that it might be the problem of feed dogs and I should adjust the feed dog lever. But I couldn't find it. The manual doesn't say it either. Can anybody help? Thank you!!

The XL-2600i does not have a lowering and highering of the feed dogs mechanism. Have you checked to make sure your stitch length is not at ZERO? I would be shocked if Brother did not ask you to check this already, but I'm also shocked that they didn't tell you that you can't lower your feed dogs.
