Slow To Print!

Frequently, the printer takes a very long time to process a print job. 30 -60 minutes is not unusual. When I send a job, the printer makes some noise and the screen reads "Receiving Data". It then remains in this state for some time and then may make a little more noise. I've updated all the drivers and changed all the print cartridges.
