Keep Getting 'check Original' Error

This message would appear if the documents you were faxing or copying were not inserted or fed properly or an original scanned from the ADF (automatic document feeder) was too long.
1. Remove all paper from the ADF that is not jammed.
2. Lift the control panel cover.
3. Carefully pull the original document toward the front of the Brother machine.
