Brother Intellifax-2840 - Replaced Toner Cartridge And Still Says 'no Toner'
Our Brother IntelliFax 2840 wasn't working (not sending or receiving faxes). We put in a new toner cartridge (Brother TN-420). Now we get a message "no toner" on the machine. It seems the toner isn't installed properly, perhaps. But no idea how that could be. Any suggestions out there?
