Brother Intellifax 2800 Problems /won't Receive Fax It Was Working Fine Yesterda

The machine is probably set to "manual receive." Check the receive mode. In "Manual" mode the machine will ring until the start" button is pressed. Fax mode will allow the machine to receive faxes as will the "Auto" mode which will allow both faxes and telephone calls automatically.
