Replacing Ink Cartridge
We just opened the ink cartridge door, took the ink out to get the item # in order to purchase a replacement. We tried to put the ink back in, but now the machine is saying no ink cartridge. We do have it put in correctly with the little black "clip" part in front of it shut...but it's still reading "no ink cartridge". Can you explain if we did something wrong?
