Hl-5370dw Paper Jam And Red Light Are On,

cannot find a paper jam, took out drum, opened and tilted out back part, picked up and looked all around, have turned printer on and off and computer on and off, paper light still comes on

Try with another ink cartridges then check.If still same issue then open back cover and open fuser assembely clean dust from all parts and make sure there is not any paper inside the printer.
