Why My Embroidery Bes-1216ac Works Exaggeratedly Slow Motion And Not Sew.
I have a BES-1216AC, and after embroider a garment, the machine started working very slowly, and I can not use. the machine works as if in slow motion

Thans for your aswer, but all parameters are fine, the problem is mechanical, apparently is on the pulley, the handle with my hand and spin this too hard, as if something causes them, if I get to work and push with my hand then works.

Hi. Check if your machine's Feed Rate is not set to a slower interval (like 5). Refer to the manual here for more on this.
