How Do I Get This Off My Screen??

What you will have to do is restart your computer and keep pressing F9. There you will be able to restore back to factory settings. If you try pressing F9 and has no recovery partition, try restarting your computer and press F2 and check to see if you are able to see your hard drive. If you are not able to see your hard drive, sounds like you will have to send the unit in for service.
