How Can I Restore To Factory Defaults/settings When There's A Recovery Error?

I try to use Alt+F10 options to Restore Factory Defaults or settings but when I press Enter to submitt and hold the power button and finally run a normal start-up. Suddenly It shows message warning: Recovery|Your PC needs to be repaired Error code: and explaining that I need to use the recovery media. But I have no more recovery media now because I delete it & copying games unto it. And I can't create no more recovery drive because I delete the recovery partition in the recovery drive to free disk space in drive C.
