How Do You Restore This Laptop To Factory Settings? Alt F10 Doesn't Work.

hit ALT + F10 at bootup and get to the eRecovery Management screen.
From here, I get two choices:
1.Restoresystem tofactorydefault.
2.Restoresystem from CD/DVD
, choose option 1. After that, the recovery process continues without any more prompts and restores the laptop to its default settings
