What Should I Do When My Acer E1-531 Keeps On Saying Setup Is Starting Service?

Basically, this issue is directly related to the corrupted Operating System particularly the Boot Sector files. The boot files are responsible in proper booting of the Operating System. The only solution for this is to either repair your Windows OS or install a new one but it is better to install a new one. If you do not have the Operating System, you can buy it at Amazon.com.
