yes you can change to 7 and vista but i will advice you to install 7 because it uses less resources
you laptop is suitable to install 7 32bit and 64bit becuse 32 bit requies min 1GB RAM and 64 bit requies min 2GB RAM and a 64bit processor you have both of those version because it has sufficient specs
