The worst printer we've ever had!
The title says it all; we spend more time on the phone with customer service than we do actually using this printer. It fails to print, prints only part of a document,prints one row of "wingding" symbols on one piece of paper, then spews that out, and repeats this until we remove the paper tray, etc. Print quality is average; nothing that a less expensive machine could not produce.Customer service IS good; the representatives that we've dealt with have all been professional, skilled and willing to work with us until the problem is resolved. Given how absolutely awful this machine is, they probably get plenty of practice addressing customer complaints!
In sum, this printer is a total washout, a complete waste of money and an enormous waste of time. We will never buy another Lexmark, and would never advise anyone else to, either. Next time, we'll probably get an HP - we had one for years, and loved it.
