WARNING: Do not use your fingernail to remove the battery. WARNING: Do not remove the battery when the phone is switched on, as this may damage the phone. 11 Installing the SIM and battery 1 Remove the battery cover Slide the battery cover towards the top and away from the phone. 2 Remove the battery Using the cut-out at the bottom, lift it from the battery compartment.

To remove the SIM card, gently pull it clicks into the top edge of the battery into place. 12 LG GW520 | User Guide Press the bottom of the battery down until it outwards. 4 Install the battery First insert the top of the battery compartment. Installing the SIM and battery 3 Install the SIM card Slide the SIM card into the SIM card holder making sure that the battery contacts align with the phone's terminals. Ensure that the gold contact area on the card is facing downwards.
