Squeeze the tab at the back of the cartridge and lift it carefully. If ink gets into your hands, wash them immediately with soap and water. Caution: Never attempt to refill it. Do not take the used cartridge apart or try to open the cartridge cover when the print head is moving. Replacing Ink Cartridges 21 Wait until the cartridges have moved to the replacement position. 6.
