They are great!! After speaking to a knowledgeable support person (finally, haha) and troubleshooting I am being sent a new unit (mx320) and provided with free shipping to send my broken one.
I was connected within five minutes to someone and was very pleased with the support I received. I am a fairly savvy computer user so I appreciated not being pandered to as well.

Canon Pixma MX320 series all-in-one creates a very good prints quality.
I have been using Canon MX320 for for years and have never encountered a major problem with this printer. I have even converted it to CISS and used manufactured ink and it still works at its best.Common errors codes are easily fix with a reset procedures that you can view and follow online.
The hardest error that I have encountered to date is the 5B00 or the waste ink tank is full error. It can easily be cleared using a service mode tool that you can download free online.
Until now, the scanner, fax, copy and printer feature are not giving me any trouble.
