I've Tried To Reboot My Emachine El1330 And For Some Reason It Will Not Boot. Th

It's showing a blue screen saying something about it cannot load the hive. I've tried to load on and the system were too slow therefore, I turnoff the system at the bottom of the tower and not waiting on the system because it were too slow. then I tried to turn back on and now all i'm getting is the window xp sign and use the normal mode to log in.
