What Does One Short Beep Mean On A D6405?

The 1 short beep code that your computer is experiencing refers to the DRAM Refresh Failure or simply RAM failure. You can fix this problem by removing and installing the RAM card. You may also try other computer memory for more accurate troubleshooting. The procedure can be found here:
