1 . Go to your account and setting then get your password to your email.

2. If that one is not working contact customer support. .??

You can also change your password in the Account section of My eBay. Here's how:

Go to Sign in and security.
Select Edit next to Password.
Enter your current password and your new password.
Select Submit.
