Your problem could be that you are inserting the wrong password... the easiest thing to do is to just make a new account

Hi there. What does the system says when you try to log in? if the problem is the password just recover the password by clicking "forgot password" , If that es not the problem please repost and tell us what is the system saying when you try to log in.
