I Can't Access My Account Even With Reseting My Password Several Time

Do not panic. Switch off your system for a few minutes. Put it on and this time USE ANOTHER BROWSER. Sometimes the browser simply refuses to REFRESH.
Sometimes a new password takes time to propagate. Allow a few hours, or overnight before trying again. Servers are quite busy and god forbid if it is a Windows server, this behavior is normal.
If you have another computer or of a friend whom you can trust, try logging in from that.
