Why Does My Tape Indicator Keeps Blinking Even From The Start Of The Tape?

And it will stops playing in the middle of the tape. About 4 to 5 minutes of playback.

TAPE indicator This indicator light up when a tape is loaded. If you press a transport button when no tape is loaded, the tape indicator flashes, indicating that no tape is loaded.
