Dgx-620 Won't Go Into Test Mode
Hi I am following the instructions to set the DGX-620 into Test Mode by holding the c2#,G2# and F2 keys then turning the Standby/On. It doesn't display "test" on the LCD just goes into normal menu mode (normal operating mode). What might be the issue?

The only suggestion I can give is to remove the internal batteries and the power supply to reset the machine. Leave for about 10 minutes for any power to dissipate.
Then try again with just the power supply. This is a link to the service manual if you have the skills to diagnose faults yourself.
