Clavinova Cvp 65 Not Working Anymore

I Turned my Yamaha Clavinova CVP 65 on today (was working great yesterday) and instead of the white screen, I have a lot of blue vertical lines and no sound is coming. I try the factory reset, with no result.Any ideas?Thank you

Try the headphone jack... if there is sound there, then it is either the speaker amplifier or a loose cable. It would be rare for BOTH speakers to fail completely.
